Buick Reatta was one cool coupe and convertible duo. Running from 1988 to only 1991, the sports car was known as a grand tourer (GT), designed for distance driving and to do it fast -- an ideal blend of performance and luxury. Built on a shortened version of the GM E platform, it was a two-seater first for the brand, not to mention the first convertible since the 1985 Buick Riviera two-door. We wouldn't see another Buick convertible again until the appearance of the beloved Buick Cascada in 2016, but the Buick Reatta legend would live on. Today, it remains one of the hippest icons of the times. After all, less than 4,000 were made, and even fewer remain on the road today. You should know. You're one of the lucky owners.

A throaty V6 engine teamed with four-speed automatic transmissions to move the vehicle. Standard features included keyless entry, pop-up headlights, six-way power front seats, and an Electronic Control Center interface to command radio and climate control functions. Available options included a CD player, 16-way power front seats, and a sunroof.
